Rhoda Mandaza is an independent producer, promoter and live entertainment specialist who has provided cultural services across Africa and in the SADC region for the past 40 years.
After completing her studies in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1976, Rhoda immediately embarked on her career focusing on live performances and promotions.
Over the last 4 decades Rhoda Mandaza has been involved in promoting all genres of Africa’s creative industries including music, dance, spoken word, film, audio visual and more.
Rhoda continues developing her own concepts and projects, conducted under the auspices of Artistes-4-Artistes [CC] and Mambokadzi Productions (Zimbabwe registered), which focus on live entertainment and broadcasting ventures, film, video and documentary productions.
More recently she has become involved in promoting Ancient African Art. With Mambokadzi African Media & Entertainment, she has fostered educational activities and access to unique African artistic works that open pathways to understanding the spiritual dimensions of African cultures.
Her partnership with the esteemed David W. Reed and The Bamoun Collection is a recent expression of her commitment to promoting African art and knowledge about our cultural heritage.
